This kit comes with everything you need to mount your to your bike
Mount will fit an amplifier up to 8-3/4" x 5"
Amp mount has a 3M backing that allows it to mount in almost any location (flatter the better)
You will have to mark and drill hole pattern onto mount before amp install
This kit is made to work on all makes and models of bikes
